
Combining the Wakiso Vocational Training Hub with the RedBox project across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, Time to Help (UK) has created a self-sustaining cycle in which women gain income and certification through pad production, while girls receive menstrual products and health education that help them stay in school.
Time To Help (UK) is a Non-Governmental Organisation which has over a decade of experience delivering humanitarian, education, water, sanitation, vocational training, and women’s empowerment programmes in partnership with local organisations across Africa, Asia, and the UK.

Bringing together components of the Wakiso Vocational Training Hub and Redbox, the CycleSafe Initiative takes place in Uganda, where we have established a local production base for reusable sanitary pads.

We have worked with organisations on the ground to faciliate the tailoring courses for several cohorts of women and distribute pads to multiple schools with young girls.
